Dr Andrew Westergaard Nielsen
Dr Nielsen is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over two decades of clinical experience in mental health care. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland (1993) and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 2003.
Through Psychiatrists Australia, Dr Nielsen provides telehealth psychiatric care to patients in every state and territory — bringing specialist expertise to communities that have historically struggled to access timely mental health support.
